Just wanted to give a quick rundown of our experience at the NY XPO for Business at the Javits center last Wednesday. In short: it was great. We’ve made a lot of great contacts, found some promising vendors, and lots of prospects, as well as some that are already practically clients.
This is an odd show in that it doesn’t have a real focus. But, like last year, it seems to attract lots of real business people (not just looky loos) that are looking for services. We met over two hundred folks and had real conversations with about 90 of them. That’s a lot of conversations in one day. We strongly recommend coming to the show next year and checking it out.
We were amazed at how many companies are simply starved for Internet Marketing services. Many of the companies we met worked with a Website designer or a company that does SEO or PPC, but all were in need of much more. It’s great news for us, since we were able to discuss with each visitor our strategy focused approach. As the world of Internet Marketing and Website Development matures, we’re excited to see that we’re on the forefront of strategic website marketing and business.
