Oprah is starting over… ever notice how New Year resolutions tend to come to mind as easily as they tend to leave? We all know it too well; without a specific plan of action and the right tool – it will never work!
I started over again 18 months ago with Body’Fit pHx. I do it ever morning. The routine of exercise only take 15 minutes. I’m 40lbs lighter and love my life again. I addition I now eat better and ride my bike to work every day. I’m 53, Oprah’s 54. It’s not too late!
