One common mistake of online marketing is that the “SEO Experts” and “SEO Specialists” are brought in too late into the process. Instead of thinking of search engine optimization as something you tweak, how about considering it as something you build? What about the SEO Architects?
And who would the SEO Architects be? They would be your own web developers.
Much of the focus in SEO advice has been on copy. Surely enough, website content is an important part of grabbing search engines’ attention. Keyword density, for example, is a factor search engine spiders use to determine a site’s relevance.
But SEO considerations should be made from the onset! Start off with a good domain name, one with prized keywords, if you can manage it. And besides the usual stuff you think about to optimize your site (such as keyword-rich headings and keyword-linked text) take care with your meta-titles and meta keywords. They also hint to spiders about the specific subject matter of your pages.
