[This is a good time to suggest working with the Coleman Center.  They're an excellent meeting, training, and conference center in midtown manhattan - and they make event planner, site-booker, and event and site coordinator's lives very easy.  Hey, if you're going to get half the pay, why not minimize the work you have to do?]
