Basic Membership provides Members access to all online video lessons, downloadable forms and worksheets and access to purchase additional services at the posted rates.
Standard Membership provides all Basic access plus access to the Marketing HelpDesk, Community Forum and all Webinars.
Premium Membership provides all Standard access plus an assigned Internet Marketing Manager to develop and manage your IMAP (Internet Marketing Action Plan). This service is a custom service and has a monthly fee for your Manager plus fees for the managed services that are used each month.
Terms of Payment:
The Basic Membership and the Standard Membership are billed in advance on a monthly recurring basis and are non-refundable. You will be charged for the first month immediately upon submitting this form. You will also be automatically billed for each subsequent month until you cancel this membership. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of membership.
The Premium membership is billed in advance on a monthly recurring basis and is non-refundable. You will be charged for the first month immediately upon submitting the Premium Membership initiation form. You will also be automatically billed for each subsequent month until you cancel this membership. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of membership.
You may purchase any additional service offerings available in the VisibleU Store. You will be charged for these service offerings upon submitting the purchase form.
Terms of use:
By entering into this Agreement, the Member/Subscriber contracts that any and all use of all material contained in this document shall be used for the sole purpose of developing, executing and managing the Internet Marketing program for the Member's business. You agree to treat as strictly private and confidential any Subscriber Code, user-name, user ID, or password which you may have received from VisibleU, and all information to which you have access through password-protected areas of VisibleU's Website and will not cause or permit any such information to be communicated, copied or otherwise divulged to any other person whatsoever.
Release and Wavier:
Member agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless VisibleU and its employees, agents, contractors, and suppliers against any and all losses, accidents, damages, injuries, expenses and claims resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from any and all services provided.
Member agrees that in no event shall VisibleU, its employees, agents, contractors, or suppliers total aggregate liability under this agreement exceed the amount of fees paid by the Member.
Governing Law:
The interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Dispute Resolution:
Any all dispute(s) that arise from the implementation of this Agreement shall be referred to a qualified Mediator agreed upon by the Member and VisibleU, who is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution of Greater New York (“ACRGNY”) and/or the New York State Dispute Resolution Association (“NYSDRA”)
Acknowledgment:
The person executing this agreement hereby acknowledges that he or she is an authorized designate for the Billing Account of the Member and that the credit card information submitted is accurate and complete.
